How to pickle radish

1. Wash and cut radish into strips

2.Cut into strips about one centimeter thick

3.Sprinkle salt (I use Himalayan Pink salt)

4.Catch the salt evenly and marinate for about two hours

5.Add an appropriate amount of water (two-thirds of the radish) to the pot, add cold water and roselle flowers to a boil, and cook for two to three minutes , add sugar before turning off the heat (add according to your own taste)

6.Take a large bowl and add Roselle water Pour out and let cool

7.Pour away the water from the pickled radish and set aside

8. Remove the roselle flowers and add a few slices of ginger (the ginger can be omitted)

10. Marinating for one day and one night is basically enough

9.Soak the radish in Roselle water and season with appropriate amount of white vinegar
Tips
Roselle is a bit sour, so add sweet and sour according to personal taste
