Oyster meat ( 500 ) | Ginger ( 5 grams ) |
Cooking wine ( 30g ) | Salt ( 5g ) |

Light soy sauce ( 20g ) | Boiling water ( 200 grams ) |

How to pour sauce on oysters

1.Wash the oyster meat aside and put it into a bowl

2.Put in 3 grams of salt

9.Add boiling water

18.Soak oysters for half an hour and serve
