How to make sweet and sour crispy lotus root

1. Slice the lotus root into slices, soak the lotus root in cold water with salt.

2. Shred ginger, slice garlic, add peppercorns, and sugar.Heat the oil and pour it on top.

3.After pouring oil, add vinegar (rice vinegar is required)
