Soybean sprouts ( 250g ) | Carrot ( 100g ) |
Cucumber ( Half root ) | Chili oil ( 3 spoons ) |
Light soy sauce ( Two spoons ) | Balamic vinegar ( One spoon ) |
Hot oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( a little ) |
| White sugar ( a little ) | Garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Millet pepper ( 3 pieces ) |
How to make cold bean sprouts

1. Mince garlic

2. Millet pepper cut into rings

3. Add hot oil

4.Add light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar

5.A little salt and sugar

6.Three spoons of chili oil

7.Stir evenly

8.Cut off the bean sprout roots and clean them

9.Peel and shred carrots

10. Shred the cucumber

11. Boil water in a pot.When the water boils, add shredded carrots and blanch them

12.Add bean sprouts and blanch them

13. Remove and soak in cold boiled water
