
Ingredients
Lactone Tofu ( 1 box ) | Preserved eggs ( 2 ) |
Chopped green onion ( 5g ) | Salt ( 2g ) |
Sugar ( 10g ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
Vinegar ( 10g ) |

1.First, cut off the four corners of the bottom of the lactone tofu box with a knife to facilitate demoulding

2.Tear off the film from the front of the lactone tofu box

3.Invert it into a plate and slowly take off the lactone tofu box

4.Use a knife to carefully slice the lactone tofu into slices

5.Use Shake your hands slightly to tilt the tofu and set aside

6.Preserved eggs, shelled, Wash and cut into cubes
