Enoki mushroom: low protein

Enoki mushrooms (One pound) | Scallions ( Two stalks ) |

How a lazy person mixes enoki mushrooms

1. When buying enoki mushrooms, try to buy fresh ones before mixing them.tasty.

2.Remove the bottom.If you want it to be tender, just remove more and throw it away.

3. Soak in salt water for a while.This is the correct way to wash fungi in my opinion.

4. Rinse with clean water and gently squeeze out the water.Then steam in a pot over water, boil the water over high heat, then steam over medium heat for five or six minutes, turn off the heat and steam for two to three minutes.I have a larger amount of enoki mushrooms and spread them thickly, so they steam for a longer time.The steaming time depends on the amount of your ingredients.

7.Put minced garlic, chopped green onion, salt, mature vinegar, and light soy sauce into a clean bowl.Sesame oil, chicken essence, mix well and set aside.

Tips
1.When selecting enoki mushrooms, pay attention to try to buy ones with a complete canopy, clean and not damp to the touch, and not dark at the bottom, which means they are fresh.
2.This is the lazy version.Those who are diligent can sit in a pan and heat oil to sauté the minced garlic, prepare the sauce and pour it on the enoki mushrooms before steaming.
3.If you add light soy sauce, there must be a small amount of salt, otherwise it will be salty.
4.If you like spicy food, you can chop a few millet peppers and mix them together for a more refreshing taste.
