How to make spicy saliva chicken

1. Add cold water to the pot, add pepper, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf and ginger slices, and add a spoonful of salt

2. Boil for 20 minutes, remove and cut into pieces, and place on a plate

3. Minced garlic chili, preferably small chili peppers, some red and green, don’t buy it before going out

4.This is my own fried chili oil.You can buy whatever flavor you like.Mine is a little spicy.
