Lotus root ( 一section ) | Auricularia fungus ( Moderate amount ) |
| Bell pepper ( Adequate amount ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |
Oyster sauce ( 5 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 5 grams ) |
Water ( 5 grams ) | Sugar ( 3 grams ) |
How to make fungus and lotus root

1.Prepare the required ingredients,

2.Soak fungus in advance p>

3.Take a clean bowl, add water, oyster sauce, salt and sugar, mix well and set aside p>

4. Blanch the lotus root and fungus and set aside.(I forgot to take pictures when blanching the lotus root and fungus.) Bell pepper No need to blanch, green pepper is optional.

5.Take a pot and heat the oil

6.Add the blanched ingredients and bell pepper and stir-fry for a while

7.Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry to taste

8.Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes

9.Add green pepper and stir-fry evenly , do not add green pepper and omit it
