Cowpeas ( 500g ) | Sesame paste ( 50g ) |
Garlic ( 2 cloves ) | Wolfberry ( 5g span> ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 5 grams ) |
Rice vinegar ( 5 grams ) | White sugar ( 3 grams ) |
Sesame paste mixed with cowpeas

1.Prepare the cowpeas and sesame paste.

2. Prepare garlic and wolfberry.

3. Boil water, put in the cowpeas, add salt, and cook the cowpeas.

4.Cook for about three minutes and turn off the heat.

5. Pour away the boiling water and rinse the cowpeas repeatedly with cold water.

6. When the cowpeas are all cold, pour out the cold water.

Tips
Adding salt to boiled cowpeas can keep them green.Soaking and rinsing in cold water also ensures that the cowpeas remain green and crisp.
