Soybean sprouts ( 250g ) | Onions ( two roots ) |
Carrots ( half section ) | Garlic ( three cloves ) |
Cooking oil ( a spoonful ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( Adequate amount ) | Sesame oil ( 1/2 spoons ) |
White sugar ( a small amount ) | Vinegar ( a spoon ) | Chicken essence (a small amount) |
How to make cold soybean sprouts

1.Prepare and wash the bean sprouts,

2. Boil water in a pot, put the soybean sprouts in and blanch them for two minutes and remove from the water
