How to make pickled pepper chicken feet

1.Rinse the chicken feet you bought.

2.Subtract the chicken nails and split the chicken feet in half.

3.Put cold water into the pot, add cinnamon, star anise, ginger and a little white wine.Bring to a boil over low heat for 15 minutes

4. Rinse the cooked chicken feet under running water..

Tips
Add some sugar to enhance the freshness.You can also add some white radish strips to soak together
