How to mix chicken breast with Cordyceps flowers

1.Main ingredients.

2. Wash the chicken breasts, add ginger, spring onions, pepper and cooking wine and add appropriate amount of water.Add to pot together.

3. Bring to a boil over high heat and skim off the foam, then turn to medium heat and cook for 10-15 minutes about.

4.Wash the cordyceps flowers and fungus, wash and cut the coriander into sections, and cut the millet into spicy pieces.Crushed and set aside.

5. Remove the cooked chicken breast and let it cool or put it into ice water to cool.

6.Restart the pot and boil the water.

7.After the water boils, add the Cordyceps flowers.

Tips
