Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( a little ) |
Lee Kum Kee Cold Sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Sesame oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make tofu with chives
1.Prepare the ingredients

2. Evenly distribute the tofu first Slicing

3.Cut evenly into small cubes

4.Cut chives into rings

5. Boil the tofu cubes in boiling water for 2 minutes

6. Pour into cold water

7. Remove and drain the water

8.Put it into the basin and add the chives

9.Put salt

10.Put in chicken essence

11.Put in the cold sauce

12.Put sesame oil at the end

13.Use chopsticks to stir evenly

14.Plate and serve
Tips
Cut the tofu into small pieces.It can’t be too big; both northern and southern tofu are fine.Our family likes to use northern tofu.
