Black fungus (20g) | White fungus (20g span> ) |
Seaweed ( 400g ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |

Garlic ( 2 cloves ) | Scallions ( 2 roots ) |
Cilantro ( 2 roots ) | Oyster sauce ( 5 grams ) |
Rice vinegar ( 5 grams ) |
Cold seaweed black and white fungus (gastrointestinal cleaner )

1. Soak black fungus in warm water for 2 hours in advance.Soak in cold water for 4 hours.

2. Soak the white fungus in warm water for 2 hours in advance.Soak in cold water for 4 hours.

3. Blanch the fungus in boiling water for 1-2 minutes Remove and set aside.

4. Prepare minced onions, garlic and coriander for later use.

5.Buy the finished seaweed for later use.

6.Put the onions, garlic, and coriander into a bowl, and add Salt, sugar, Maggi fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, stir evenly.

Tips
