Cucumber ( One ) | Salt ( Adequate amount span> ) |

How to tear pig hearts by hand

1. Wash the pig heart, cut it and remove the blood

2. Prepare peppercorns, aniseed, scallions, Ginger slices and hawthorn

3. Add water to the pot, pork heart, pepper, aniseed, green onion and ginger Simmer together with slices of hawthorn for about 40 minutes

4. Cut the cucumber into thin strips and shred the onion and set aside.

5. Let the cooked pig heart cool and tear into strips
