New way to eat isinglass! How to make delicious cold isinglass~

1.Soak the isinglass to remove the smell (you can refer to previous recipes for the tutorial on soaking)
2. Cut the soaked isinglass into thin strips, pour into boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, remove and drain.

3. Soak with about two spoons of mature vinegar for 10 minutes (you can remove the fishy smell again), drain the vinegar sauce

4.Add a spoonful of vinegar, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of chili oil, an appropriate amount of sugar, salt and chili pepper rings, stir evenly, and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds
