Ingredients
Spinach ( a handful ) | Vermicelli ( handful ) |
small red pepper ( 2 pieces ) | Garlic ( 5 to 6 cloves ) |
Jiang Mo ( a little ) | Salt, chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) |
Vinegar, light soy sauce (appropriate amount) | Sesame seeds Sesame oil ( a little ) |
Vegetable oil ( appropriate amount ) | Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( Count ) |
How to make cold spinach vermicelli

1. Remove the yellow leaves from spinach, remove the roots and wash them

2.Put a little oil and salt in a pot of boiling water, blanch the spinach, and remove the cold water

3.Gently squeeze out the water after the spinach has cooled

Tips
