Pig's trotters ( 500g ) | Ginger ( 2g span> ) |
Salt ( 1g ) | Cooking wine ( 10g ) |
How to make pig's trotters jelly

1. Prepare the pig's trotters.

2. Boil water, blanch the pig's trotters, add cooking wine after the water boils and continue cooking 2 Minutes, remove and wash.
