Ingredients
Chicken feet ( 8 pieces ) | Lemon ( Half ) |
Small peppers ( 8 ) | Garlic ( 6 petals ) |

1.Wash the chicken feet, remove the nails and cut them in half

2.Chop chili and garlic for preparation

3.Add garlic chili sesame oil, salt and white vinegar

4. Add water to the pot, put the star anise, peppercorns, salt and chicken feet into the pot and bring to a boil.Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, remove and rinse with cold water, then marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, open and serve!
