How to make cold jellyfish slices

1. Prepare the jellyfish by soaking them for half a day in advance, washing them and slicing them

2.Cut the jellyfish and rinse it with boiling water

3.Drain the jellyfish, add rice wine and mix well

4.Prepare green onions and cucumbers

5.Dice the green onion and slice the cucumber
