Ingredients
Spinach ( 4 roots ) | Fans ( 1 handful ) |
Carrot ( Half root ) | Garlic ( Half head ) |
Ginger ( 1 Small pieces ) | Salt ( 5 grams ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Red oil ( 2 spoons ) |
Vinegar ( 2 spoons ) |
How to make cold spinach vermicelli

1.Prepare ingredients.

2. Soak the vermicelli in water to soften it.

3. Cut the carrot into shreds.

4. The spinach is well processed.

5. Chop the garlic and ginger into mince.

6.Put all the seasonings into a small bowl, add minced garlic and ginger, mix well and set aside.

7. Blanch the vermicelli, take it out and put it in cold water.

8. Blanch shredded carrots and spinach.

9.Add in the previously prepared sauce.

10. Stir evenly and serve.
Tips
