How to make Henan braised noodles

1. Wash the lentils and break them into pieces with your hands.

2. Cut the pork into long strips, add salt, cooking wine and dark soy sauce and stir evenly.

3. Mix the noodles with cooking oil and stir evenly.

4. Steam the noodles for about 10 minutes.
