Light soy sauce ( Appropriate amountspan> ) | Onion leaves ( A small root ) |
How to stir-fry noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Peel the carrots and grate them into thin strips.

3. Blanch the spinach for one minute to remove the oxalic acid.

4. Cut the green onion leaves into chopped green onions.

5. Pour oil into the pot, beat in the eggs, stir-fry and set aside.

6. Boil water in the pot.After the water boils, add the shaved yam noodles.When cooked, serve out.cold water.
