Ingredients
Lasagna ( appropriate amount ) | Carrot ( Half root ) |
Cowpeas (2 roots ) | Sesame oil ( A little ) |

Balsamic vinegar ( Half tablespoon ) | White sugar ( a little ) |
Chicken essence (a little) | Spicy oil ( half a tablespoon span> ) |
Onions ( 2 roots ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
How to make homemade cold noodles

1.Prepare noodles.

2. Boil the water in the pot, add a little salt and a few drops of oil, add the noodles and cook Ripe.

3. Remove from cold water and drain.

4.Wash the cowpeas, carrots, onions and garlic.

5.Cut the cowpeas into sections, dice the carrots, dice the garlic, and chop the green onions.

6. Boil the water in the pot, add the cowpeas and diced carrots and blanch them until they are raw.

7. Remove from cold water and drain.

8. Carrots and cowpeas are spread on the noodles.

9. Take a clean bowl and add garlic, chopped green onion, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, Mix salt, chicken essence and chili oil thoroughly.

10. Pour the seasoning on the noodles, mix well and serve.
Tips
When the noodles are cooked, immediately remove them from cold water and wash them twice more.Make sure they are dry before adding oil.(If you don’t like spicy food, you don’t need to add spicy oil).
