How to make mutton buckwheat noodles with fish

1. Mix the buckwheat noodles and white noodles evenly and scald them with boiling water , and knead into a smooth dough.Roll out the dough into a thicker piece, first cut into strips, then into dices, put it in your hands, and rub it together with your hands to shape it.
