How to make flower steamed buns

1.Yeast powder Thin with warm water

2.Add a little sugar to the flour and slowly add the yeast water

3.Knead the dough into a smooth dough and place it in a warm place to ferment

4.The dough can be fermented until it is about twice the size of the original dough.

5. Take out the dough and knead it to deflate the air.Knead the dough into a long strip.Now make jujube steamed buns.Cut three equal-sized pieces of dough.

Tips
1.When steaming steamed buns, if the dough seems to be puffy but not puffy, you can dig a small hole in the middle of the dough, pour in two small cups of white wine, wait for 10 minutes, and the dough will puff up.
3.In winter, the indoor temperature is low and the dough takes a long time to rise.If you put some sugar in the dough during fermentation, you can shorten the rising time.
