Ingredients
Peanut sprouts ( 400g ) | Garlic cloves ( 3 cloves ) |
Dried chili pepper ( 3 pcs ) | Chopped green onion (appropriate amount) |
Chili powder ( 1 spoon ) | White sesame seeds ( 1 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Vinegar ( 2 spoons ) |
Sesame oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
How to make cold peanut sprouts
1. Remove the roots of peanut buds, wash them and set aside.
2. Chop garlic, pepper and green onion and set aside.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, then add the peanut sprouts and cook.After the water boils, cook for two minutes, remove and drain.

4. Drain the peanut sprouts and put them into a larger container.

5.Add chili powder, sesame seeds, light soy sauce and vinegar.

6.Add appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil to taste.

7. Add chopped green onion.Then set aside.

8. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Then add chili and stir-fry for a while.

10. Pour the fragrant garlic, chili pepper, and oil into a large bowl while hot., mix well.

Tips
The time for blanching peanut buds should not be too long.
