Ripe pumpkin ( 85g ) | White sugar ( 10g ) |
Cocoa powder ( a little ) | Red yeast rice powder ( a little ) |
How to make pumpkin steamed buns

1. Prepare materials according to the ingredient list.

2. Press the pumpkin into puree or crush it with a food processor.

3. Let cool and then add flour.

4.Yeast.

5. Stir into cotton wool.

6. Knead into a smooth dough.

7. Roll into long strips.

8. Divide into four noodles.

9. Knead into a bun shape.

10. Roll into carrot shape.
