How to make chocolate steamed bun rolls

1.First melt the yeast and squeeze the chocolate condensed milk into the bowl.

2. Pour one-third of the yeast water into the chocolate bowl and stir evenly.

3.Use two kinds of yeast and water to make two kinds of dough.The chocolate dough uses about 180 grams of flour.Use about 300 grams of flour for ordinary dough.Put the two types of dough into a basin to rise.

4.This is the prepared noodles.Because the basin is limited, I just make do with it.

5. Knead the dough and roll it out into a large dough, with the chocolate dough on top , two pieces of dough are stacked up.

6. Roll the dough into long strips and cut into evenly sized pieces.

Tips
It takes about 2 hours to steam and bake the steamed buns.
The cut pieces of steamed buns need to be rested to rise well.
