Yigudao flour ( 285g ) | Warm water ( 150g ) |
Yeast powder ( 2g ) | Quinoa ( 20g ) |
White sugar ( 8 grams ) |
How to make once-fermented quinoa steamed buns

1.Prepare ingredients

2.Cook the quinoa for 15 minutes, remove and let cool and set aside

3.Mix warm water + yeast powder + white sugar and stir evenly

4.Pour in the Yigudao flour and stir with chopsticks into a flocculent form

5.Add quinoa

6.Knead the dough

7.Cut into dough pieces of the same size

8.Then form a ball
9.Put it into the steamer one by one and let it rise indoors for about 20 minutes in summer
10.Bring to a boil over high heat, steam for 20 minutes and simmer for 3-5 minutes

Tips
A total of 18 small steamed buns were made, each about 27-29 grams.Flours have different water absorption.Adjust the amount of water or flour appropriately
