Handmade noodles ( 500g (serves 3 people) ) | Slurry ( 1 bag (570g) ) |
| Chopped green onion ( Adequate amount ) | Chili powder ( Adequate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | MSG ( a little ) |
How to slurry the water surface

1.One bag of slurry water (can make three bowls of noodles).

2. Heat the oil in the wok, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

3.Add chili powder and stir-fry until red oil comes out.(If you don’t like it, don’t let it go)

4. Pour in the slurry water.

5.Bring to a boil.

6.Put appropriate amount of salt.

7.Add appropriate amount of MSG.

8.Adjust the taste, turn off the heat and set aside.

9. In another pot, boil water and cook noodles.

10.Put the cooked noodles into a bowl.

11.Pour the prepared slurry.

12.Finished product.Hot and sour, refreshing and very appetizing.
Tips
1.Boil the chopped green onions in a pot, pour in slurry water and bring to a boil, season with salt and MSG.It's that simple.
2.Hand-rolled noodles are best, followed by dried noodles.
