Mutton ( 100g ) | Pickled cabbage ( 200g ) |

How to make pickled cabbage and mutton noodles

1. First stir-fry the sauerkraut and mutton and set aside.(Heat oil in a wok, add mutton and stir-fry to dry out the water, add onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add pepper powder, light soy sauce and salt and stir-fry evenly, add sauerkraut, heat fully, add MSG to taste)

2.Put flour into a basin and add 2g of salt.

Tips
1.The mutton can be shredded or sliced, but the water must be stir-fried.
