
Ingredients
Noodles, eggs, prawns (heads separated) ( ) | Edible oil, ginger slices, crab-flavored mushrooms ( ) |
Cooking wine soy sauce, Korean hot sauce, sesame paste ( ) | Water, salt, green vegetables ( ) |

1. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the shrimp heads and ginger slices and stir-fry until the shrimp heads produce red oil.

2.Add the crab-flavored mushroom and white jade mushroom and stir-fry evenly

3.Put in appropriate amount of water

4.Put in half a teaspoon of Korean hot sauce

5.Add a small spoonful of sesame paste

6.Pour in cooking wine and soy sauce
