How to make green dumplings

1.My family only has rapeseed , so use a juicer to squeeze out the rapeseed juice from the rapeseed leaves and set aside.(It is better to use spinach leaves for more moisture)

2. Mix the noodles with the squeezed green rapeseed juice , the green dough is kneaded, and at the same time, mix in an appropriate amount of white dough.

3.Put the green noodles as the base and the white ones on top.The dumplings will look like cabbage (I I made it wrong, so the result is not pretty)

4.White radish and pork filling (white radish rub Blanch shreds with salt and cut into pieces)

5. Shape into dough and squeeze into dough, then roll out the dough and stuff it.Then put the squeezed dumplings into the curtain.

6. After the water boils, add the wrapped dumplings.Stir in the pot, cover and bring to a boil. After the water in the pot boils, pour in a little cold water and repeat twice. When the water boils again, you can remove it.

7. Remove and put on a plate, add dipping sauce before eating.
Tips
Put the dumplings in boiling water, which allows the protein in the dumpling wrappers to quickly solidify and form.Add salt to raise the boiling point of the water, slow down the starch activity and prevent the wrappers from breaking.
