Ingredients
Mutton ( 150g ) | Noodles ( 300g (for two people) ) |

How to make mushroom and mutton noodles

1. Prepare all ingredients.Soak the mushrooms in advance and dice the radish.

2. Cut the mutton into cubes, cut the onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces and set aside with a knife.

3. Wash the mushrooms and slice them with sediment, and dice the dried beans.

4. Heat the oil in the wok and fry the pepper until fragrant.
