How to make lotus root pork buns

1.Pour the flour into a basin and dissolve the yeast with warm water.

2. Pour the dissolved yeast water into the flour basin and stir it into a fluffy shape with chopsticks , no dry powder is enough.

3. Knead into a ball with your hands and cover with a lid to ferment.

4. Chop the pork into mince, mince the onion and ginger, and mince the lotus root.Using a clean bowl, add the minced meat, minced ginger and garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce, Dongpo red, oil, pepper, salt, corn oil and a small amount of water.

5. Use chopsticks to stir in one direction to make the meat tender.
