How to make tomato noodles

1.Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture and set aside

2. Heat the oil in a pan, heat the oil to 70-80% heat, add the onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the diced sausages and diced potatoes in turn and stir-fry for a while.

3.Add the chopped tomatoes and fried egg flowers in advance, and continue to stir-fry.

4. Add a bowl of water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat (the amount of water just covers the smell).Let the potatoes be cooked through and the tomatoes will blend better into the soup.

5.Seasoning: add one spoon each: salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, light soy sauce, Vinegar, stir evenly, put it into a basin and set aside.

6. Boil water to cook noodles.Here are noodles for convenience (hand-rolled noodles are more delicious) )

Tips
1: Add water to the pot just enough to cover the noodles
