How to make fried rolls

1. Pour the flour into a large bowl, add dry yeast, and stir evenly.

18. Pour about 60 grams of water along the edge of the pot.

19. Cover the pot and fry over low heat for 5 minutes.

20. Uncover the pot after 5 minutes.At this time, the dough has fully grown and is on the surface of the dough.Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and chopped green onion.

21. Continue to fry on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes and then remove.(If there is still water at the bottom of the pot at this time, you can open the lid and fry to allow the water to evaporate.If there is no water, you can cover the pot and fry for 2 minutes)

22.The rolls that have just come out of the pan must be eaten while they are hot.They are crispy on the bottom and soft on the top.They are very delicious.
