Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) div> |
How to make universal spring cakes

1.A bowl of plain flour with some salt

2. Add 70 degree hot water and use chopsticks to mash it into a fluffy shape

3.Knead the dough, cover it and set it aside to rest for 30 minutes
4.Knead into strips

5.Cut into 16 equal parts

6. Flatten

7. Roll into discs

8.16 discs

9. Brush oil on the other one and repeat the steps

10.8 sheets per stack

11.Use the rolling pin to roll it thin again

12.Place the rolled out two stacks together

13.Steam in a steamer for 15 minutes p>

14.Get out of the pot

15.Tear off a piece of paper while it's hot

16.Stack it into a triangle and place it on the plate

17.Each one is thin, transparent and not bad.

18.16 spring cakes are ready
