Carrot ( 1 segment ) | Fresh asparagus ( Half root ) |
Oil ( A little ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Chicken essence ( a little ) | Grapes (a little) |
How to make nutritious vegetable egg pancakes

1.Prepare the ingredients and break the eggs into a basin.(I forgot to take a picture of the asparagus)

2. Cut the carrots, asparagus and chives into diced pieces.

3.Put water into the pot and bring to a boil.Add the chopped carrots and asparagus into the boiling water.Blanch medium to medium rare.Here I use asparagus sprouts without water.

4. Strain through a mesh sieve.

5. Add carrots, asparagus and chives to the egg liquid, add a little salt and Chicken essence to taste.

6.Add a few raisins, a bowl of noodles and a cup of water, stir together evenly.Thin paste.

7.Add a little oil into the pot, pour a spoonful of batter into the pot, and use a small Fry both sides over high heat
