How to make homemade scallion rolls

1.300g flour +3g yeast powder + a small amount of white sugar
A small amount of white sugar will blend with the sour taste produced by fermentation
2.Add an appropriate amount of warm water to the flour.Remember that the water temperature should not be too high and should be around 35°.Too high a temperature will burn the active yeast to death.
