Flour ( Just the amount you eat ) | Salt, eggs, sesame seeds, pepper ( Just the amount you eat ) |
How to make sesame cake

1.Wash the sesame seeds and fry them in a pot until golden brown.

2.Put it into a blender to form a foam.

3.Put two eggs into the prepared flour.

4.Add water and knead into dough.

5. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough thinly.

6.Sprinkle the prepared sesame powder, salt and pepper evenly on top.

7. Roll it up, knead it into a twist shape, flatten it and then use a rolling pin to roll it into a round cake shape..(Sorry for missing a step and forgot to take a photo)

8.Pour oil into the pot, When the oil is half hot, place the round cakes in the pan and fry.Brown both sides.

9.Finally cut it into the pattern you like!
