Ingredients
Glutinous rice ( 500g ) | Salted egg yolk ( 5 pieces ) |
Shiitake mushrooms ( 3 ) | Carrot ( Half root ) |
Pork floss ( 100 grams ) | Shaomai skin ( 20 pieces ) |
Oil ( 30g ) | Salt ( 5 grams ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 20g ) | Light soy sauce ( 30 grams ) |
Water ( appropriate amount ) | Liquor ( 10g ) |
How to make salted egg yolk and pork floss siomai

1.Glutinous rice, soaked one night in advance

2.Soaked glutinous rice and washed thoroughly

3.In the steaming tray, place a piece of gauze on it and put glutinous rice

4. Put the glutinous rice into the steamer, steam over high heat for 1 hour, then turn down the heat and simmer for 30 minutes

5. Wash the mushrooms and cut into cubes

6.Carrots, washed and diced

7.After steaming glutinous rice, put it in a basin to cool and set aside
