How to make hot noodles with leek boxes

1.Soak the washed leeks with a little salt in the water, add a little salt to the flour Mix well, pour in boiling water and use chopsticks to stir into flocculent form, knead into a slightly soft dough, cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
