How to make Shaomai

1.Ingredients: Fungus, oyster mushroom, bacon, diced and set aside

Tips
When wrapping, you can apply some water on the edges of the dumpling wrappers to make them fit more tightly.(This was also the first time I made it without applying it.I felt that there was a hole in the top after it was cooked.It’s not very pretty) Overall, it was quite successful the first time I did it
