Doubanjiang: maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes
Ingredients
| Noodles ( 80g ) | Chicken Offal ( 300 Gram ) |
Pickled peppers ( 2-3 pcs span> ) | Pickled ginger ( 1 piece ) |
Garlic ( 2 pieces ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Sichuan pepper oil ( appropriate amount ) | Laoganma pepper oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
Doubanjiang ( 1 spoon ) | Cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) | Vinegar (appropriate amount) | Chinese cabbage (appropriate amount ) |

How to make chicken noodles

1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure.

2. Slice the garlic and pickled ginger, and cut the pickled pepper into small sections.

3.Add appropriate amount of salt, starch and cooking wine to the chicken giblets, rub them several times and rinse them thoroughly.

4. Cut the chicken giblets and add appropriate amount of pepper oil, cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch and mix well.

5. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.

6. Add the chicken giblets and stir-fry until it changes color.

7. Remove the raw chicken offal and set aside.

8. Heat the pan and pour oil until it is 80% hot.

9. Add bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

10.Add pickled pepper, pickled ginger and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

11. Add chicken giblets and stir-fry for a while.

12.Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and vinegar and stir-fry evenly.

13.Add a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma oil chili and stir-fry evenly before serving.

14.The fried chicken giblets are as shown in the picture.

15. Cut the cabbage into small pieces.

16. Boil the water, add the noodles and cabbage and cook.

17.Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, vinegar, and chicken oil into the bowl.

18.Pick in the noodles and add appropriate amount of noodle soup.

19. Scoop in the chicken giblets, sprinkle with chopped green onion and it’s ready!
