Ingredients
Hand-made noodles, or dried noodles (for one person) | Tomato ( 2 pieces ) |
Green vegetables ( appropriate amount ) | Onions (appropriate amount) |
Shiitake mushrooms ( two ) | Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( Appropriate amount ) | Chicken Essence ( Appropriate amount ) |

How to make Alli tomato sauce noodles

1.I rolled the noodles myself, and the noodles taste better when rolled by hand

2.Peel and dice the tomatoes.I am too lazy to peel them
3.Shitake mushroom slices

4.Chop green onions

5.The vegetables are ready

Tips
Don’t use too much water, otherwise the flavor will not be strong.I made it for one person, a big bowl of water
