Pumpkin puree ( 200g ) | Four ( 300g ) |
Yeast ( 2 grams ) | White sugar ( 8 grams ) |
Red yeast rice powder ( 3 grams ) |

1.Peel and slice the pumpkin and steam until soft.Add sugar and yeast, stir evenly, and then knead with flour until soft.Smooth dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
