Ingredients
Chives ( 80g ) | Eggs ( 2 ) |
Glutinous rice Powder ( 20g ) | Vegetable oil ( 2g ) |
Salt ( 1g ) | Clear noodles ( 5 grams ) |
Wheat flour ( 10g ) |

1. Prepare the ingredients: leeks, eggs, glutinous rice flour, noodles, and wheat flour.

2.Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces.

3.Crack the eggs into the bowl and stir evenly with chopsticks.

4.Put the leeks into the eggs.

5.Add 20 grams of glutinous rice flour, 10 grams of wheat flour, and 5 grams of clear noodles.

Tips
1.The amount of leeks used is small, only 1 gram of salt is added, and there is no need to add water.
2.If you don’t have clear noodles, you can use corn starch instead.
3.Pour 2 grams of vegetable oil into the double-sided frying pan to avoid sticking to the pan.
