Four ( 300g ) | Water ( 550g ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make cucumber pancakes

1.Prepare ingredients.

2. Add a spoonful of salt to the flour.

3. Crack in an egg.

4.Add all the water in small amounts and several times, and stir until there is a particle-free batter.

5. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and set aside.

6. Grease the pan.

7.Add cucumber slices.
